Pegasus and the Flame of Olympus

By: Kate O’hearn

Pegasus lives on Olympus and has a war with the Niraads. The Nirads are looking to extinguish the Flame of Olympus. If the Nirads do succeed they will destroy all of Olympus and the Roman gods. Pegasus must fly off to find the daughter of Vestia to sacrifice herself to light the flame before it’s too late. Pegasus lands on the roof of a girl named Emily. Emily will try to help her new friend Pegasus to find Vestia’s daughter to save Olympus with her friends, but the CRU is not happy in what they see of Pegasus. What will happen if the CRU find them? Will they light the flame? Anything could happen on Olympus.

This book is a series called Pegasus there are many good books in the series that bring thrills. Percy Jackson is kinda like Emily.  As you learn about Emily you will come across the same bravery, loyalty and strength as Percy. This book has ROMAN mythology so you will hear about Jupiter who is Zeus, Diana who is Artemis.

I recommend this book for  ages from 9 and up Fantasy readers and lovers of the Percy Jackson series. This book is full of adventures and Roman myths that come true.
